Career Change?
First I’d like to clarify something: I obviously had no intention running down Beaver Avenue on Sunday while donning my birthday suit. If I had even the slightest interest in being naked in front of complete strangers, I’d go to Delilah’s and turn it into a moneymaker. Making preposterous statements of exaggeration is something I often to do to vividly illustrate my thoughts on any number of subjects.
Aside from the shame of Penn State’s epic fail on Saturday, it turned out to be a decent weekend, even though I wussed out on going to the game and only lasted a few hours tailgating in the torrential downpour in lieu of dinner at Champs and parking my happy ass on Noah’s couch with 2 blankets and a glass of wine. Quite the run-on sentence just there, but I’m keeping it. Anyway, it was nice to be back in State College for the sole purpose of having fun. Though the rainy tailgating was far from my idea of a good time, I did come to the realization that a combination of beer and vodka consumed from a hollowed out watermelon is both brilliant and surprisingly delicious.
